Challenge Rules

“Play Together” is an easy challenge and anyone from Türkiye can join, regardless of their rank or server; all you need to do is grab a friend or four. Still, it can’t be all fun and games without a few simple rules:

• You can play in any game mode, with up to 4 friends, except Custom Games. In the case of Arena, you can play with more friends, but you will only earn a maximum of 4 points in any given match.
• You earn points for every friend you play with; the more friends you play with, the more points you earn.
  • 1 friend = 1 point
  • 2 friends = 2 points
  • 3 friends = 3 points
  • 4 friends = 4 points
• Points will start accumulating after playing at least 2 games. 
• The challenge will start on the 12th of March, and will end on the 2nd of April at 23:30 GMT.

General Conduct

These are the general rules that should be followed on all challenges.

• All participants must observe Riot’s Code of Conduct and League of Legends TOS at all times.
• You are allowed to participate using only one account.
• Toxic behavior, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in penalties or removal from the challenge.
• Participants must engage fairly and avoid cheating, account sharing, any form of match-fixing, or any exploits that undermine the competition.
• The FTW team may review match replays to ensure fair play.
• Riot Games reserves the right to enforce all rules and to penalize any player found to be in violation of these. Penalties shall include but not be limited to:
  • Disqualification from the challenge.
  • In-game penalties based on the nature of the violation and in line with Riot Games TOS.

Rewards

Rewards will be granted to the highest ranking 1000 players on the leaderboard. There will be different rewards based on your placement on the leaderboard. The first ten place winners will receive physical merch in addition to in-game rewards, whereas the remaining 990 will receive a variety of in-game rewards based on their standing. • Digital rewards will be delivered at the end of the challenge via the Rewards section on the FTW platform on the player’s Profile.
• Physical prize winners must get in touch with the challenge organizer via email.
• Riot may offer alternative rewards if original prizes are unavailable.

Additionally, because we do not want anyone to leave empty handed, every participant in the challenge who has played at least two games will receive custom emotes to celebrate the spirit of Ramadan. The same reward delivery mechanics will apply.

Fetching Data (for in-game challenges)

The FTW platform uses official Riot Developer APIs for our games for in-game challenges to collect data and to make necessary calculations to show on the various leaderboards.

• How and when game data is collected via APIs (e.g. every 30 minutes).
• Discrepancies between API data and in-game stats.
• Handling of leaderboard corrections if needed.
