FETCHING DATA
- The FTW platform uses official League of Legends Match APIs to collect data and make necessary calculations to show on the various leaderboards.
- Data is pulled and calculated every 30 minutes - if a match starts and ends within the 30 minute window, it will be fetched within that batch. If a match starts but does not end within that 30 minute window, it will be included in the following batch.
- Some data displayed at the end of the game in the League of Legends client might differ slightly from the data pulled via APIs. If there are discrepancies that would affect the final standings of leaderboards, we will investigate on a case by case basis.
REPORTING ISSUES
- For participants having technical difficulties or have complaints reach out to Player Support.
