FranLuque's Challenge: Setup Diff

Everyone has their unique setup for playing VALORANT, from custom peripherals to personal room décor. In this category, we want to see your gaming environment and how it enhances your VALORANT experience. Whether you have a minimalistic setup or a high-tech gaming station, let us see your space! During the submission period, the community can like their favorite entries, so don’t forget to explore, vote, and support other players' set up!

Showcase your unique and creative VALORANT playing setup! This can include your PC, peripherals, room décor, or anything that enhances your gaming experience. Be sure to explain what makes your setup your own. But please make sure you aren’t capturing anything you don’t want shared, like a photo of family members or friends that might not want to have their image on social media.

Rules & Regulations

This VALORANT V5 User-Generated Content (UGC) Challenge is a celebration of 5 years of VALORANT. Riot Games invites you to share your moments from the last 5 years with the broader VALORANT community across EMEA. The challenge consists of 5 categories, and you may submit one entry per category, or participate in multiple categories.

By participating, you agree to adhere to all rules and the applicable Terms of Service. All decisions made by Riot Games are final and binding. You are responsible for your behavior throughout the duration of the challenge.

Any violations of the rules, VALORANT Terms of Service, or the spirit of the challenge may result in penalties, including disqualification. This will be at Riot’s sole discretion.

General Conduct/Individual Behavior

Participants must adhere to Riot's Code of Conduct.

• Toxic behavior, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in penalties or removal from the challenge.
• It is vital to maintain fair play; cheating, account sharing, or any form of match-fixing is strictly prohibited.

Challenge Rules

The “V5 UGC Challenge” comprises 5 categories in which you can submit creative entries: Player Stories, Artwork, Cosplay, Stream Moments & Gameplay, and Your VAL Setup.

• Submit photos of your VALORANT gaming setup.
• Include your PC, peripherals, and any personal room décor.
• Provide a short description of your setup and why it’s special to you.
• Ensure the photo showcases the entire setup clearly.

But please make sure you aren’t capturing anything you don’t want shared, like a photo of family members or friends that might not want to have their image on social media.

Submission Guidelines

The URL of your posted entry must be submitted on the FTW Platform under the relevant category (this can include old social media posts - they don’t have to be posted during this challenge period).

• For X, TikTok, Youtube and Twitch URL, participants will need to connect their social media platforms prior to submitting their entry in FTW.
• Facebook and Instagram URL don’t require connection and must be from a public account that allows embeds.
• Riot is not responsible for entries submitted to the wrong category.
• The challenge will begin on 15th May 2025 at 14:00 GMT and will end on 26th May 2025 at 23:30 GMT.

Rewards

To win prizes in the VALORANT 5-Year Celebration Challenge, here’s how the process works:

While community likes will help highlight popular entries, they will not determine the winners. All prize tiers (Top 30, Top 10, Top 3, and Top 1) will be selected based on a judging panel review using a scoring rubric.

Judging panel will consist of all 5Y UGC Challenge Ambassadors (RaGe, Mai Linh, Farbenfuchs, CombatRy, FranLuque) who will be provided with a form to evaluate submissions for all categories with three key criteria:

• Creativity (1–10 points)
• Relevance to the Challenge Theme (1–10 points)
• Execution (1–10 points)

Final scores will be averaged. The 30 highest-scoring entries will become the winners. Riot may intervene in case of ties or eligibility issues.

• Top 30: Will receive a VALORANT Logo Neon Sign.
• Top 10: Will receive a VALORANT Logo Neon Sign, UGC Gun Buddy, VALORANT 5-Year T-shirt.
• Top 3: Will receive a VALORANT Logo Neon Sign, UGC Gun Buddy, VALORANT 5-Year T-shirt, and a Surprise Gift Box.
• Top 1: The top winner will receive a VALORANT Logo Neon Sign, UGC Gun Buddy, VALORANT 5-Year T-shirt, Community Gift Box, and 2 x VCT EMEA IL Stage 2 Finals Tickets.

Additional Information:

• Riot Games reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable. No cash alternatives will be offered.
• If the Individual Winner fails to respond within 7 days of initial contact, Riot Games may award the prize to the next eligible participant.
• If we are unable to reasonably ship the physical items to you, based on your shipping location, we will endeavour to provide a suitable digital alternative to an equal or greater value - this decision is at Riot’s sole discretion.

Top 30, 10, 3, and 1 prizes are awarded by our panel. Be creative, share your best moments, and encourage the community to support you with their likes!

Submission Process (for Creative Challenges)

To submit your entry:

1. Post your content on social media (Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
2. Visit the FTW website, select the appropriate category for your entry, and follow the instructions to connect your social media accounts and submit the URL to your post.

• Entries must relate to the theme of the challenge.
• Low-effort, misleading, or off-topic submissions may be excluded from leaderboard tracking or rewards.
• Submissions containing explicit, offensive, or harmful content are strictly prohibited.
• Content promoting hate speech, violence, or harassment, or violating Riot's Code of Conduct, may result in penalties or removal from the challenge.

Additional Restrictions:

• Submissions must not include in-game chat, private messages, or chat logs from any platform.
• Participants must own the content they submit or have the appropriate permissions.
• Reposting of other users' content is prohibited unless explicitly allowed (e.g., duos tagging each other).

Usage of Submissions (for Creative Challenges)

By participating in this challenge, you agree that any content you submit (including images, videos, or written materials) may be used by Riot Games for marketing purposes. This may include showcasing your submission on our website, social media channels, promotional materials, and other communications related to the challenge. We might even want to print a version of your submission to be immortalized in-person, we'll see what we can do.
