Are you the LEC’s biggest fan? Prove it! Tell us your story with the LEC and why you deserve a trip to the LEC Summer Finals in Madrid.

Three players will win a VIP, all-expenses-paid trip for them plus one guest each, including arena seats, an XPO tour, and a pro meet-and-greet.

CHALLENGE RULES & OBJECTIVES

• Prove your connection to the LEC: how you became a fan, your favourite moments, what it means to you, etc. Show or tell why you believe you deserve an unforgettable trip to LEC Summer Finals in Madrid.
• Submissions may be text, photos, or a video (maximum of 2 minutes).
• Only 1 entry per invited player.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This document (further: the “Rules”) describes the terms and conditions of “Vamos, LEC Madrid!” Challenge (the “Challenge”).

The Challenge is organised by Riot Games Limited, with its registered office at The Observatory 7-11 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland (the “Organiser”).

The Challenge is divided into two parts:

• In-Game Challenge: Play games in League of Legends and accomplish the required achievements.
• Creative Challenge: Once you have accomplished the requirements in game demonstrate your creativity and your connection to the LEC.

WHO CAN JOIN THE CHALLENGE?

To join the Challenge, you (the “Contestant”) must meet all the requirements below on the day you enter:

Basic Requirements

• You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, whichever is older.
• You have full legal capacity (i.e. you can independently enter into legal transactions, including binding contracts), in accordance with your local law;
• Your Riot account is in good standing (no active bans and/or suspensions)
• You have a FTW account on https://ftw.riotgames.com/
• You have a travel document and if required, a visa and/or travel authorization to travel to Spain.
• You have to follow the Code of Conduct guidelines in-game.

Residency Requirements

You can participate to the Challenge if you reside in the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

You cannot participate if:

• You live in a country subject to international sanctions (as determined by the Organiser).
• You live in a jurisdiction that requires the Challenge to be officially registered, and it hasn’t been.
• You’re in a country that requires these Rules to be in your local language, and we haven’t provided a translation.

Conflicts of Interest

You are not eligible if:

• You are an employee, contractor, or consultant of Riot Games or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or live in the same household as someone who works for Riot.
• You are not a natural person (e.g., a company or group).

The Organiser may exclude you at its sole discretion if your participation could harm or discredit the Riot brand.

WHEN DOES THE CHALLENGE TAKE PLACE?

• Creative Challenge (Vamos, LEC MADRID! Pick Me): Begins on August 30th,2025 at 6:00 PM CET and ends on September 6th, 2024 at 11:30 PM CET (the “Creative Challenge Period”).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

If you have successfully completed the In-Game Challenge described above, you are eligible to participate in the Creative Challenge. To enter, post a text, image, or video (maximum length: 120 seconds) on social media describing your history with the LEC and why you deserve a trip to the LEC Summer Finals in Madrid. Then, submit the URL of your post through the FTW platform under the Vamos, LEC MADRID! Pick Me contest. This will be referred to as your "Creative Content”.

To be eligible, the Creative Content must meet the following requirements:

• Must be created entirely by you. Use of artificial intelligence tools is not permitted.
• Must be created specifically for this Creative Challenge during the Creative Challenge Period.
• Only one submission per Contestant is allowed.
• Submissions must not include:
• Nudity or sexually suggestive material
• Political or religious messages (including signs, clothing, or text)
• Profanity of any kind (including visual or audio content)

Any audio and/or music used in your submission must come from one of the official playlists provided: Playlist 1 - Playlist 2.

Submissions sent through any method other than the FTW platform will not be considered.

For submissions from X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch, the Contestant must connect their respective social media accounts to the FTW website before submitting.For Facebook and Instagram, no platform connection is required. However, the post must be from a public account that allows embedding.

The Organiser reserves the right to reject any submission that:

• Violates applicable laws or these Rules
• Contains content that may be deemed racist, xenophobic, sexist, defamatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate

HOW WILL THE WINNERS BE CHOSEN?

Winning submissions will be selected by the Organiser (the “Challenge Committee”).

Submissions will be evaluated based on the following:

• Passion & Authenticity – How compelling your connection to the LEC is.
• Community Impact – Demonstrates a positive influence within your local or online League of Legends community.
• Creativity - Originality of both the submission format and message.

The Challenge Committee’s decisions are final. The Organiser reserves the right to award other special prizes at its sole discretion.

WHAT ARE THE PRIZES?

The first three winners will each win a trip for two (winner + one guest) to the LEC Summer Finals in Madrid happening from the 26th of September to the 28th of September, 2025, including:

• Round-trip economy class flights
• Hotel accommodation selected by the organizer
• Arena tickets, XPO tour, and a pro player meet-and-greet

The estimated total value of this prize package is approximately €6,000 per winner (€3,000 per person).

The Guest must fulfil the residency requirements of the Challenge as detailed in Section 2 of the Rules.

CONTESTANT’S OBLIGATIONS AND DECLARATIONS

By sending the Creative Content in accordance with Section 4 of the Rules, you (as a Contestant) confirm that you fulfil the requirements set out in the Rules.

By submitting your Creative Content, you are consenting to Creative Content being used for the purposes of the Challenge and to share data with us for distribution of prizes won in the Challenge only, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”),

Riot shall announce the winning cosplays live on stream, and shall post the winning Cosplay on the Wild Rift Arabia Twitter, Facebook and Instagram channels.

COPYRIGHT

By sending your submission, you (the Contestant) grant us (the Organiser) a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to use the Creative Content for the purpose of the Challenge, including providing the Creative Content to the Challenge Committee members and publishing on the FTW webpage, our websites and/or social media.

This licence covers in particular the following forms of exploitation:

• producing copies of the Creative Content using all techniques;
• distribution and dissemination of the Creative Content in all channels;
• making the Creative Content available in a manner allowing any person to access the Creative Content in a place and at a time selected by them.

The Licence referred to in this Section is granted for an indefinite time.

PERSONAL DATA

Contestant’s personal data (twitter handle,cosplay and, in case of the winners, summoner name and email address associated with that Riot account) will be gathered and processed by the Organiser solely for the purpose of carrying out the Challenge, and in accordance with GDPR. Submission of personal data by the Contestant is voluntary, however necessary for participation in the Challenge.

In the event you win the Challenge, we will ask for your e-mail address, along with your full name and address in order to proceed with the gift. You can decide not to share this information with us, however we won’t be able to send you any prize you might have won.

The booking of the flight and/or train will be handled by our partner and the winner will be put in contact with them to proceed with the gift.

Organiser protects the Contestants’ personal data in accordance with GDPR, in particular the Organiser enables the Contestants to exercise their right to access, correct as well as to request deletion of their data.

INDEMNITY

The Organiser will not cover any potential costs incurred by the Contestant in connection with the Challenge, including entering the Contest, preparing and submitting the Entry and receiving the prize, subject to Section 6 of the Rules.
FETCHING DATA

• The FTW platform uses official League of Legends Match APIs to collect data and make necessary calculations to show on the various leaderboards.
• Data is pulled and calculated every 30 minutes - if a match starts and ends within the 30 minute window, it will be fetched within that batch. If a match starts but does not end within that 30 minute window, it will be included in the following batch.
• Some data displayed at the end of the game in the League of Legends client might differ slightly from the data pulled via APIs. If there are discrepancies that would affect the final standings of leaderboards, we will investigate on a case by case basis.

REPORTING ISSUES

• For participants having technical difficulties, reach out to Player Support.
• For participants that have complaints or are looking to report other participants, please utilise the Submit a Report button on the FTW platform.

FINAL PROVISIONS

The Rules will be governed and construed in accordance with Irish law and come into force on Saturday, 9th of August. Should a situation arise whereby it is impossible for the Challenge to continue, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the challenge without any liability arising from any obligation hereunder.

VAMOS, LEC MADRID!” CHALLENGE PRIVACY NOTICE

• In this Privacy Notice, “us”, “our” refers to Riot Games.
• All data protection terms in this notice are as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
• The Organiser of the Contest is Riot Games Limited (referred to as “Riot” in this Notice) with its European Union headquarters in Ireland.
• Riot Games Limited, based in Ireland, is the Data Controller in the sense of GDPR.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING

Riot wishes to collect your personal information for the purpose of allowing you to participate in our Challenge that will take place from the 9th of August to the 6th of September 2025 on Social Media platforms.

The processing of your personal information (X handle, Instagram handle, and associated personal information) is required in order to capture your entry to the contest, select winners and share the results, should you decide and choose to participate. We won’t collect anything if you do not wish to participate.

In the event you win the competition, we will ask for your e-mail address, full name and delivery address. You can decide not to share this information with us, however we won’t be able to send you any prize you might have won.

2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

This Processing is based on our legitimate interest.

You are free to not participate and to refuse to share your personal information with us, however by doing so we won’t be able to send the prize won as described in the rules.

3. TYPES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Riot will process your social media account(s) and publicly available information (X handle, Instagram handle, Facebook handle) in order to share the Creative Content as described in the rules.

Riot will process your full name in order to send you the rest of the gifts, if you win the Challenge. This step is explained in the T&C.

4. RECIPIENTS AND RETENTION

Riot will share your social media account(s) and publicly available information (X handle, Instagram handle) on our local social media accounts, should you decide to participate and win the competition.

We will not retain your social media account details (X handle, Instagram handle) internally for any other purpose than your participation in the event.

Riot will not share personal information outside of the EEA. Riot shall only retain the personal information for 60 days after the completion of the Contest and reception of the gifts, unless obliged to keep it for longer to comply with legal obligations.
