You can participate in the Contest if:
You cannot participate in the Contest if you are an employee of the Organiser or of its affiliates, subsidiaries, manufacturers, sales representatives or advertising agencies; or a member of such employee’s immediate family.
The Contest begins on 14th June 2025 at 8:00 GMT and will end on 13th July 2025 at 23:30 GMT (the “Contest Period”). You must submit your Entry by the end of the Contest Period. Any Entry submitted outside the Contest Period will not be included in the Contest.
Our judges will select eight (8) winners from all qualifying Entries.
To participate in the EMEA Cosplay Grand Tour 2025, you must submit your League of Legends-themed cosplay inspired by the “Spirit Blossom” skinline through the FTW Platform.
Entry Guidelines: Each participant may submit only one (1) Entry.
About your Cosplay:
To participate, your Submission must include the name of the character you're cosplaying, along with the original game and the “Spirit Blossom” skinline from League of Legends.
You must also provide high-resolution photos of your cosplay. Possibly no smaller than 700×480 pixels. Low quality or blurry photos will be rejected. The photos must be unedited, avoid using Photoshop or applying any filters or enhancements. Submissions with altered images will be disqualified. The focus is on the craftsmanship of the cosplay itself, not on visual effects or presentation. Make sure to include full body shots that clearly display the entire costume, including any relevant props or weapons.
While not mandatory, it is highly recommended to take your photos outdoors in natural lighting. If taking them indoors, ensure the space is brightly lit so judges can properly evaluate your work.
Your cosplay must be at least 50% complete, though a higher level of completion is strongly encouraged. Entries that have previously won major cosplay competitions (such as WCS, ECG, ECC, or national-level contests) are not eligible unless significant changes have been made to the design. Minor adjustments, like color swaps or accessory updates, are not enough to qualify as a new entry.
The costume should be predominantly your own work. Purchased, ready-made components may only make up 10% or less of what is visible in your cosplay. While full sponsorship of the costume is not allowed, you may use sponsored tools or small amounts of sponsored materials in the construction process.
Your cosplay must clearly and faithfully represent a character from League of Legends wearing a “Spirit Blossom” skin. It should be appropriate for all audiences, meaning no nudity, sexually suggestive elements, profanity, or references to political or religious content are permitted. This includes signs, clothing, props, or anything shown in your photos or skits.
The Organiser reserves the right to reject a Contestant’s Submission if it violates the provisions of applicable law, Contest rules or if the Cosplay may be considered racist, xenophobic, sexist, defamatory or otherwise offensive or illegal.
All winning entries will be selected by Riot Games, referred to as the “Contest Committee.” Judging will be based on three equally weighted criteria: Quality & Construction, Creativity, and Accuracy. Eight (8) winners will be chosen through this evaluation process.
At the time of submission, entries must include unedited photos and/or videos showing the cosplay being worn. Your cosplay should be at least 50% complete at this stage to give judges a clear representation during pre-selection.
The selected winners will be officially announced via the League of Legends social media channels in each participating country by July 18, 2025. The Organiser will reach out to winners through direct messages (DMs) on the social media account used to submit the entry, so be sure to monitor your inbox!

This information is solely for the purpose of prize distribution. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, Riot will store this data for no longer than 60 days after the contest concludes.
