Three players will have the chance to win the grand prize: a VIP, all-expenses-paid trip to LEC Madrid for two, featuring premium arena seats, an XPO tour, and a meet-and-greet with pro players.
This document (further: the “Rules”) describes the terms and conditions of “Vamos, LEC Madrid!” Challenge (the “Challenge”).
The Challenge is organised by Riot Games Limited, with its registered office at The Observatory 7-11 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland (the “Organiser”).
The Challenge is divided into two parts:

The Organiser may exclude you at its sole discretion if your participation could harm or discredit the Riot brand.
In-Game Challenge
To participate, you must play and complete at least thirty (30) full games without disconnections in any of the following League of Legends game modes on the Europe West and/or Europe Nordic & East server: Summoner’s Rift (Normal, Ranked, or Swiftplay), ARAM, Arena.
Note: Custom games do not count toward this requirement.
In addition, you must achieve a minimum of 500 takedowns (combined kills and assists) across those matches. Both conditions must be met to qualify.
The more League of Legends games you play and the more takedowns you earn, the higher you'll rise on the FTW leaderboards available at https://ftw.riotgames.com/.

Creative Challenge
If you have successfully completed the In-Game Challenge described above, you are eligible to participate in the Creative Challenge. To enter, post a text, image, or video (maximum length: 120 seconds) on social media describing your history with the LEC and why you deserve a trip to the LEC Summer Finals in Madrid. Then, submit the URL of your post through the FTW platform under the Vamos, LEC MADRID! Pick Me contest (https://ftw.riotgames.com/league-of-legends/challenges/vamos-lec-madrid-pickme). This will be referred to as your "Creative Content”.
To be eligible, the Creative Content must meet the following requirements:
Any audio and/or music used in your submission must come from one of the official playlists provided: Playlist 1 - Playlist 2.
Submissions sent through any method other than the FTW platform will not be considered.
For submissions from X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch, the Contestant must connect their respective social media accounts to the FTW website before submitting.For Facebook and Instagram, no platform connection is required. However, the post must be from a public account that allows embedding.

In-Game Challenge
Contestants who reach certain leaderboard positions will earn rewards as defined in the Prize section.
The FTW platform uses official League of Legends Match APIs to track performance and calculate leaderboard standings. Match data is updated every 30 minutes. If a match both starts and ends within that 30-minute window, it will be included in that update. If a match starts but finishes after the window closes, it will be included in the next update.
Some statistics shown in the League of Legends client at the end of a game may differ slightly from the data retrieved via the API. If there are discrepancies that could affect leaderboard rankings, the Organiser will review and resolve them on a case-by-case basis.
Creative Challenge
Winning submissions will be selected by the Organiser (the “Challenge Committee”).

The Challenge Committee’s decisions are final. The Organiser reserves the right to award other special prizes at its sole discretion.
In-Game Challenge
If you place between 1st and 5,000th on the leaderboards, you will receive prizes such as Wyldboom Orbs or Hextech Chests, with an estimated total retail value of €1.40–€1.79 per item.
Creative Challenge
The first three winners will each win a trip for two (winner + one guest) to the LEC Summer Finals in Madrid happening from the 26th of September to the 28th of September, 2025, including:
The estimated total value of this prize package is approximately €6,000 per winner (€3,000 per person).
The Guest must fulfil the residency requirements of the Challenge as detailed in Section 2 of the Rules.
By sending the Creative Content in accordance with Section 4 of the Rules, you (as a Contestant) confirm that you fulfil the requirements set out in the Rules.
By submitting your Creative Content, you are consenting to Creative Content being used for the purposes of the Challenge and to share data with us for distribution of prizes won in the Challenge only, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”),
Riot shall announce the winning cosplays live on stream, and shall post the winning Cosplay on the Wild Rift Arabia Twitter, Facebook and Instagram channels.
By sending your submission, you (the Contestant) grant us (the Organiser) a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to use the Creative Content for the purpose of the Challenge, including providing the Creative Content to the Challenge Committee members and publishing on the FTW webpage, our websites and/or social media.
This licence covers in particular the following forms of exploitation:
The Licence referred to in this Section is granted for an indefinite time.
Contestant’s personal data (twitter handle,cosplay and, in case of the winners, summoner name and email address associated with that Riot account) will be gathered and processed by the Organiser solely for the purpose of carrying out the Challenge, and in accordance with GDPR. Submission of personal data by the Contestant is voluntary, however necessary for participation in the Challenge.
In the event you win the Challenge, we will ask for your e-mail address, along with your full name and address in order to proceed with the gift. You can decide not to share this information with us, however we won’t be able to send you any prize you might have won.
The booking of the flight and/or train will be handled by our partner and the winner will be put in contact with them to proceed with the gift.
Organiser protects the Contestants’ personal data in accordance with GDPR, in particular the Organiser enables the Contestants to exercise their right to access, correct as well as to request deletion of their data.

The Organiser will not cover any potential costs incurred by the Contestant in connection with the Challenge, including entering the Contest, preparing and submitting the Entry and receiving the prize, subject to Section 6 of the Rules.
The Rules will be governed and construed in accordance with Irish law and come into force on Saturday, 9th of August. Should a situation arise whereby it is impossible for the Challenge to continue, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the challenge without any liability arising from any obligation hereunder.
Riot wishes to collect your personal information for the purpose of allowing you to participate in our Challenge that will take place from the 9th of August to the 6th of September 2025 on Social Media platforms.
The processing of your personal information (X handle, Instagram handle, and associated personal information) is required in order to capture your entry to the contest, select winners and share the results, should you decide and choose to participate. We won’t collect anything if you do not wish to participate.
In the event you win the competition, we will ask for your e-mail address, full name and delivery address. You can decide not to share this information with us, however we won’t be able to send you any prize you might have won.
This Processing is based on our legitimate interest.
You are free to not participate and to refuse to share your personal information with us, however by doing so we won’t be able to send the prize won as described in the rules.
Riot will process your social media account(s) and publicly available information (X handle, Instagram handle, Facebook handle) in order to share the Creative Content as described in the rules.
Riot will process your full name in order to send you the rest of the gifts, if you win the Challenge. This step is explained in the T&C.
Riot will share your social media account(s) and publicly available information (X handle, Instagram handle) on our local social media accounts, should you decide to participate and win the competition.
We will not retain your social media account details (X handle, Instagram handle) internally for any other purpose than your participation in the event.
Riot will not share personal information outside of the EEA. Riot shall only retain the personal information for 60 days after the completion of the Contest and reception of the gifts, unless obliged to keep it for longer to comply with legal obligations.
You can exercise your right of access and rectification by sending an email to dpo@riotgames.com. You may lodge a complaint with an UK/EEA data protection authority for your country or region where an alleged infringement of applicable data protection law occurs.
